Who I am
I am Certified Scrum Product Owner and Scrum Master. I have worked in the IT field for over 18 years, bridging the gap between the business and IT. I believe the defined process should be a natural flow of work, with documentation to train new members and implement changes.
What I offer
I expect my contributions and those of my team, to be directly tied to the goals of the business—either increasing revenue or reducing waste. I am committed to quality and efficient processes, with a strong desire to continuously improve them over time. I bring a diverse skill set that allows me to quickly get up to speed and make a meaningful impact once engaged on a project. With a deep understanding of the technical aspects of a project, I excel at business process discovery. I can effectively present insights gained from business partners to illustrate bottlenecks and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring the best results within time and funding constraints.

I have held a variety of roles in the development of software, including Programmer, Business Analyst, Product Owner, Implementation Consultant and Software Process Improvement Consultant.
