Job Match GPT is a custom-built AI assistant that helps me identify the job roles I'm most aligned with — faster and wiser.  It analyzes job descriptions, compares them to my skills, and prioritizes opportunities using a scoring model I designed called JMILS (Job Match Interview Likelihood Score). 

After working in consulting for several years, I found myself between contracts and flooded with job descriptions that were difficult to compare.  I wanted a more innovative way to focus my energy on high-fit roles.  While learning AI and GPT tools, I applied my learning to solve a real-world problem.

• Matches required skills against a personal Skills Matrix
• Assigns a JMILS Score and categorizes jobs by relevance and interest
